The Meaning Behind Zyelume

Zyelume is more than just a brand—it’s a vision. It represents resilience, transformation, and the power of turning struggle into something greater. Growing up homeless and living in a shelter, I saw firsthand what it means to fight through adversity. Those experiences shaped me, but they never defined me. Instead, they fueled my drive to create something meaningful.

At its core, Zyelume is about shedding light on untold stories, breaking cycles, and proving that where you start doesn’t determine where you finish. The designs blend mythology, spirituality, and personal journeys, creating wearable art that speaks to those who’ve faced obstacles and kept going.

But this isn’t just about clothing—it’s about impact. My ultimate goal is to build a high-quality shelter for the homeless in my hometown, a place that offers more than just a bed, but real opportunities to rebuild and rise.

Zyelume isn’t just a brand. It’s a statement. A movement. A reminder that even in the darkest times, there’s a vision worth chasing.

At Zyelume, we strive to provide high-quality, unique designs that our customers love. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Order Issues & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed, so please double-check your details before checking out.

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. If issues persist, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Pre-orders or limited drops may have longer processing times, which will be stated on the product page.

2. Shipping Times & Costs

Domestic (U.S.): Estimated 2-3 business days after processing.

International: Estimated 7-14 business days, depending on location.

(Pre-Orders) We really appreciate the support and shown interest in our brand, due to high demands pre-orders are a place holder for upcoming shipment. Those that pre-order get first priority on restocks. A pre-ordered item will typically be shipped in 7-9 business days from drop date (not order date) so could expect your item sooner!. We strive for on hand products in the future, thank you for your love and support!

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

3. Tracking & Delays

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Zyelume is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs for international orders.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with your local carrier before contacting us.
